Refund Policy

Before your campaign starts

If you cancel your order before your traffic campaign has been activated or fulfillment has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Declined campaigns

If we decline your campaign during review, we will refund your payment in full.

Campaigns in progress

Once a campaign has been activated or fulfillment has begun, refunds are not guaranteed. If Traffic Techniques is unable to deliver all purchased visitors, we may, at our discretion, provide replacement traffic, extend the campaign, issue account credit, or provide a partial refund for the undelivered portion of the order.

Results

Refund eligibility does not apply to dissatisfaction based solely on leads, sales, customers, revenue, search rankings, engagement, or other business results, as website traffic does not guarantee these outcomes.
