Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how our website traffic campaigns work — and what they don't do.

Website Traffic Basics

Website traffic refers to the visitors who arrive at your website. Our campaigns send visitors to the URL you provide, increasing your site's exposure to new audiences.

We run online advertising campaigns that place your website in front of audiences through our advertising network and partner placements. Visitors arrive by choosing to view the advertised page. We do not describe this traffic as organic search traffic.

Targeting Options

Yes, country targeting is available on our packages. The countries available can vary depending on campaign volume and inventory — select your preference at checkout and we'll confirm availability before launch.

Niche category targeting is available on selected packages, depending on inventory. If a requested category isn't available, we'll contact you before your campaign starts.

U.S. State/City Traffic

U.S. State/City Traffic is our premium targeting option. It focuses your campaign on a supported U.S. state, or a supported city within that state, instead of broader country-level or worldwide traffic.

More precise geographic targeting needs extra campaign targeting compared with broader Standard Traffic, so State/City packages are priced at a premium for the same number of visitors.

Yes. Where supported, you can choose "Entire State" during campaign setup for statewide targeting.

No. Availability varies, and you can only select locations that our traffic sources currently support. If you need a market that isn't listed, contact us and we'll check.

Campaign Timing & Tracking

Every campaign is reviewed by our team before launch. Once approved, campaigns typically begin within 1–2 business days.

Campaign length depends on package size and targeting. Each package lists an estimated delivery window; narrower targeting may take longer to deliver.

Results, Policies & Orders
